• Acceptance by authorities, institutions, platforms, or third parties
• Legal, regulatory, or governmental approval
• Commercial success or financial results
• SEO rankings, marketing performance, or conversion outcomes

All services are provided “as is.”

3. Client Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for:

• Accuracy of source materials
• Legal compliance of the content
• Final review before publication or submission
• How delivered content is used
• Pro Global Translate is not responsible for consequences arising from the use of translated or localized content.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Global Translate shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruption
• Rejection by clients, authorities, platforms, or regulators
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any potential liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

6. Revisions

Revisions are limited to clear linguistic errors related to the delivered service.
Changes in meaning, style, tone, or additional instructions are considered new work.

7. Payments

• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually

8. Right to Refuse Service
